Minis Combo

 

Get ready to groove in Minis Combo, where children dive into the basics of dance with upbeat music and a fun introduction to jazz and hip hop! Students will gain confidence as they explore their spatial awareness, physical expression, and begin to learn choreography.

UNIFORM

  • Bodywear: Leotard or snug-fitting black shorts (Capezio TB113C/TB113)
  • Tights: Tights are optional. If transitioning from ballet class, convertible tights are recommended.
  • Footwear: Black slip on jazz shoe. Any brand.

Payments can be made each month.

Monthly payments for Minis Combo are $86.17/month

Payments can be made three times per year, at the start of each school term.

The term payment for Minis Combo is $287.15/term

Registration Fee (Single Student): $30

Registration Fee (Family): $50

Costume Fee: TBC (for students participating in the year-end recital)

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR

Deanne Kearney

Deanne Kearney is a dance teacher, writer, researcher, and critic, currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Dance Studies at York University in Toronto, Ontario. She has completed both her MA and BFA in Dance at York University. She has danced professionally for over ten years and taught dance for over fifteen years. Her dance writing work has been featured in publications such as Dance Magazine, The Dance Current Magazine, Dance International, and Mooney on Theatre. Currently, she provides comprehensive reviews of a wide array of dance performances on her website, The Dance Debrief (DanceDebrief.ca).
