Level III Ballet

HCA School of Dance

Level III Ballet

Level III Ballet introduces students to longer and more challenging exercises to develop their skills. Emphasis is placed on developing ankle stability for a solid relevé, enabling students to execute principle ballet steps with precision. They will apply their technical skills to short choreographic pieces, encouraging confidence in their creative movement.

In Level III, students take class twice per week.

Recent credits include: Happy End (Theatre Sheridan), The Chorines (Theatre Sheridan), My Fair Lady (Brott Music Festival), A Little Night Music (Randolph College).

As a dancer, Caitlin’s first love has always been ballet. She has trained extensively in the Vagonova style, and graduated from Hamilton Academy of Performing Arts’ professional dance program. With her time at Hamilton City Ballet and the Academy, she danced solo roles in ballets such as The Nutcracker, Swan Lake, Les Sylphides, and Coppelia.

She finds it a joy and privilege to be a part of young dancers artistic journeys, and is thrilled to be joining the HCA family!
