As an introduction to music study or a continuation from Music Wonderland, Junior Music Course I builds on your child’s natural love of music. At this age, the ear is at its peak of sensitivity and learning music is as natural as learning to speak. This course’s unique curriculum is designed to give your child the best opportunity to develop foundational music skills, and its creative approach centres on developing the three essential elements of pitch, harmony, and rhythm.
PLEASE NOTE: Parent/guardian attendance is required for Junior Music Course I.

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR
ALEXANDRA MOUSHI
Born and raised in Hamilton, Alexandra Moushi is a pianist, composer and teacher with 8+ years of experience and knowledge gained at the Hamilton Conservatory for the Arts. Alexandra earned her Grade 8 piano and theory certification from the Royal Conservatory of Music and currently working towards her ARCT. She has also graduated from Mohawk College’s music program and earned her diploma in Classical Piano. Alexandra has been teaching piano and theory for over 3 years, with students of all ages and believes that it is never too late to start learning. She has prepared multiple students for piano exams and seen great success and results.
Alexandra believes that with hard work, patience and dedication can make you a successful and passionate musician. At the age of 15, was when she discovered her love for piano, as well as composing. Since then, she has never given up on her dream to pursue her music career, expanding her musical knowledge and sharing her love for music with others.
