Megan Millar is a fourth-year student at York University, completing her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in the Honours Dance choreography/performance stream. Megan danced competitively from the age of six to eighteen in the styles of jazz, tap, acrobatics, theatre, lyrical and, ballet, training with teachers Heather Jelly, Christina Leeming, Shauntelle Ballantine, Danielle Ballantine, and Nikolai Rubin. Megan has participated in the teen training intensive at the School of Toronto Dance Theatre with instructors Rosemary James and Debbie Wilson, and the FRESH dance intensive held at the Canadian Contemporary Dance Theatre. While dancing at York, Megan has trained in contemporary dance forms such as Limón with Keiko Thompson, Graham with Syreeta Hector, Contemporary Dance with Tracey Norman, and Cecchetti Ballet with Jennifer Bolt.
