DANCE
Adult Hip Hop
13 weeks I Cost: $278.20 + HST
Ages 18+
Adult Hip Hop will provide participants with a high energy and fun workout, with a focus on hip hop technique blended with urban groove.

Introduction to Latin Dance
Ages 18+
Meet new people, get a great workout, and learn the foundations of salsa, bachata, and merengue in this energetic 8-week workshop!
Intro to Latin Dance is currently not offered. Check back for future class dates!
Barre Fitness
Ages 18+
Barre fitness is a full body workout class (legs, back, arms and core), combining ballet-inspired movements with stretching and strength training. No dance or ballet experienced is required to take this class.
For this class you will need a yoga mat or towel and a pair of light dumbbells. Bottles of water can work as a replacement for the weights.
Please note: There is no class on April 16.

Beginner Adult Flamenco
Ages 18+
Learn the foundations of flamenco footwork, arm coordination and ‘floreo’ hand movements, resulting in a short fiery routine called “Por Tangos” that incorporates newfound skills!
Required shoes: Flamenco or character shoes with a hard sole (not suede)

Intermediate/Advanced Adult Flamenco
Ages 18+
Expand your dance skills, improve your footwork technique and speed, and work on new rhythmic patterns in this exciting flamenco workshop! We will on an exciting “Alegrías” choreography. For individuals who have prior experience in Flamenco.
Required shoes: Flamenco or character shoes with a hard sole (not suede)
