Time Commitment: 45 mins/week
Students are introduced to the basic concepts of rhythm and movement, set to fun music! They will learn about body and spatial awareness while exploring basic hip hop and jazz techniques. Students will explore different pieces of choreography as they develop the confidence to freestyle.
