Age Range: 16+

Price: $120 + HST
Duration: 1 hr/week, 6 weeks

 

Barre Fitness is a full-body workout class (legs, back, arms and core), combining ballet-inspired movements with stretching and strength training. No dance or ballet experience is required to take this course. For this class, you will need a yoga mat or towel and a pair of dumbbells. Bottles of water can work as a replacement for the weights.
