ABOUT MARIANNA
With nearly 20 years of teaching experience, Marianna is a passionate musician and dedicated violin and piano instructor who brings both heart and professionalism to every lesson.
Her musical journey began at the age of 7, continuing through 17 years of rigorous training that earned her a Master’s Degree in Violin Performance, along with diplomas in music pedagogy and teaching methodology from the prestigious Academy of Music in Katowice, Poland — all by the age of 24.
As a classically trained violinist, Marianna has performed with symphony orchestras and chamber ensembles across Europe and North America. Now based in Hamilton, she’s excited to share her global perspective and love for music with students of all ages and skill levels.
Since 2010, Marianna has helped both children and adults grow their musical talents through private instruction, studio work, and school boards programs. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your technique, preparing for RCM examinations, festivals or competitions, her lessons are fully customized to fit your goals and learning style.
Marianna’s violin instruction emphasizes solid technical foundations, beautiful tone production, and expressive musicality. Lessons are personalized to match each student’s pace, interests, and aspirations, whether you’re learning for fun or pursuing exams and performances. She is accepting violin students of all levels – Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced.
For piano students, Marianna offers supportive, engaging lessons that blend technique, theory, and creative expression. She creates a comfortable learning environment where students gain confidence and a lifelong appreciation for music. She is working with beginner and intermediate students.
