Pre-Primary Ballet

HCA School of Dance

Pre-Primary Ballet

Pre-Primary Ballet lays the groundwork for young dancers’ ballet journey. Students dive into exercises aimed at building muscle strength and improving posture. Through the introduction of structured curriculum, they learn foundational steps like skips, hops, and arm/head positioning. Our goal is to develop preliminary technical skills, an appreciation for classical ballet aesthetics, and a love of movement.

With two class sections available (Pre-Primary A and Pre-Primary B), you can easily fit classes into your busy schedule.

UNIFORM

If you are registered in another type of style of dance (such as lyrical or modern) that is back to back with your ballet class, please purchase the transition tights. If you are transitioning from hip hop into these classes, please inform your teachers and change quickly.
